[FLASHING RED LIGHT AS THE BEAVERPHONE RINGS] "Barrel Beaver, it's Professor Rickhouse. We need your help!" "Damnit, can't I have just one day off?" "Come quickly BB. The sinister, conniving, evil Master Blender is at it again! He's trying to steal my last barrel of fifteen year-old Knob Creek!" "To the Beavermobile!"

[AS BARREL BEAVER SPEEDS TO THE RESCUE, MASTER BLENDER BREAKS THROUGH THE SIXTH FLOOR WINDOW OF WAREHOUSE I] "Why this single barrel bourbon will go perfectly in my new creation, Cheeseball! It's like Fireball but instead of cinnamon, it's nacho-cheese flavored! MUHAHAHAHA" Suddenly, out of the corner of his eye, Master Blender sees a glint of light sparkle off an expertly quaffed handlebar mustache. "You again, Barrel Beaver. Well you won't stop me this time. What do you call my new barrel? NA-CHO barrel! TEEHEEEEE!"

[WHAT MASTER BLENDER DOESN'T REALIZE IS THAT HE'S STANDING UNDER A MASSIVE VAT, LABELLED SIMPLY "TAILS"] "We'll see about that Blender!" Barrel Beaver swings his mighty tail and pulls a lever, dumping thousands of gallons of funky moonshine onto Master Blender’s head. "Nooooo! Pure alchohol, my one weakness!"

[CUT TO BARREL BEAVER AND PROFESSOR RICKHOUSE ENJOYING A DRAM ON THE DAM] "You've saved the day again Beaver, nice job!" "Mmmm that's some tasty bourbon. Cheers!"

It’s here, the final installment of our three-part Knob Creek bourbon barrel set! If you were lucky enough to snag one of the first two, you know how off-the-charts good these bourbons taste. This final installment is a very short barrel - only 114 bottles total came out of this cask. There is a certain magic with short barrels. Since there’s so little liquid, the flavor from the wood is more intense. With fifteen years of that magnificent situation, this bad boy is simply out of this world. It’s dark as night, sweet and punchy with oak and spice. A fitting end to an absolutely wonderful trio of barrels. Keep this barrel out of the hands of evil Master Blender and enjoy it as it was meant to be drunk - unfiltered, at 120 proof, with all the wonderful uniqueness that single barrel bourbon brings to the world!
