Mmm that nose is like melted Skor bar! Caramel and dark chocolate and a little cream. Then comes the spice and wood. Rock salt and mint, and something floral, like a little lavender.

Palate is a great balance of spice and warmth, coating the tongue but in a spicy crisp way. This one is DANGEROUS, because it does not taste the proof, like at all. Leave this one on the table and it’ll be gone and your friends will be all hands.

The finish is where it’s at. A little sweet honey wrapped in all that great charred oak and spice. A nice long warm combination of the flavor-bomb herbal spiciness and the nice gooey baking spices.
