This single cask rum from Guyana is a real treat for a special occasion. It’s sweet and warm and spicy and just all-around delicious. We got a ton of traditional molasses rum flavors along with brown butter, root beer/sassafras, deep deep charred wood, and some big stone fruits like plums and raisins and ripe peaches. The maturity if its 18 years really shows with almost no alcohol burn and an incredible warmth and long smooth finish. A real dream cask here, for big flavor rum lovers this is not to be missed.
