Welcome to summer. And gawd dayum have we got a sick double header for you this week!!

Ever since our first "Double Barrel" series, our hero, the feisty beaver, has been seeking revenge. Will this be his day? We're super happy to present the first in this two-barrel double header "Beaver's Revenge!"

Oh, Knob Creek single barrels! These are always a crowd pleaser! 120 proof packs just the right amount of punch. Coming in around nine and a half years, it's tough to beat these gems in terms of price, age, and flavor.

Starting with some sweet toffee type action, we get a big burst of candy bar up front. Milk chocolage, nougat, cream, and a little salt. Then the wood wraps up everything in some nice charred oak. And then just a hint of spice, like some charred wood with a little roasted ancho chili pepper. The mouthfeel is nice and thick, and the finish ends up long, sweet, and warm. A really gorgeous punchy bourbon just like we've come to expect from Knob single barrels.
