While we usually pick a single cask from Holmes Cay, we couldn't pass up offering a very small allotment of this mind-blowing Jamaican rum from ITP distillery. We nicknamed this one "funky peanut" because it's the wildest tasting rum we've found so far.

The first thing you'll notice is how cloudy it it. Totally unfiltered and tropically aged, this is a witches cauldron of a rum. It's basically translucent.

The nose is deep deep funk. Nuts and overripe bananas, nougat, root beer, freshly stained wood fences, and a finish of cocoa. It's really wild and difficult to put into words. Check out our podcast for the full experience, or better yet, pick up a bottle before they're all gone!
