7.5 years old, 119 proof, just straight up dope MGP rye unfiltered, cask strength, just how we like it.

Nose: Sweet mint, Doublemint gum, crystally white sugar, spearmint, cashew nuts, nougat, honey, vanilla. Then as it opens up - pink peppercorns, rosemary, rock salt.

Finish: The sweetness is gone and the spice is amped up by a hundred. It’s a powerful rye flavor bomb. Wood wood wood, a lot more of those peppery spices, and just all wrapped up in oily viscous goodness.

The finish is wickedly drinkable at almost 120 proof. Just like the last bottle, be warned. Do not leave this on the table unless a) you really like the friends you have over; and b) you’re fully prepared for the entire bottle to be drained!
