It's a classic Kentucky rye with 51% rye and 39% corn giving it a sweet and bourbon-y profile with the spice kicked up a few notches. These classy "baby-saz" bottles (Sazerac 18 year is considered "daddy-saz") are so classy, tasty, and not to mention a great deal, that we've always got one on the bar. The pretty bottle makes a great gift, it's a wonderful everyday sipper, and you won't cry yourself to sleep if someone asks for a few ice cubes or to made an Old Fashioned out of it.
