It's here! The second installment in our Beaver Jones Trilogy: Beaver Jones & The Temple of Hog. This tasty Buffalo Trace Single Barrel Bourbon is one special cask of everyone's favorite workhorse bourbon! Distilled March 29th, 2011 and aged over eight years, this is the first Buffalo Trace bourbon we've been able to score for the club and we're super excited.

The best value in bourbon we'll see all year, an eight year bourbon for under $40 is hard to beat. Coming in at their standard 90 proof, this one is perfect for neat, cocktails, rocks, just an all-day mellow drinker. (A great gift as well for any aspiring beasts in your life).

With a very fresh nose and super smoothness, this is not going to burn all the way down. It's is a super nice alternative to the normal stuff we get which you could use to strip the paint off your car. As smooth as it is it's got a ton of flavor, bright with citrus pops, flowers (dandelions?), buttered corn, some light white oak, and red peppercorn spices.
