When barrels are at risk for being dumped into nasty situations. We're talking nightmarish scenarios like being blended with grain spirits, finished in wine barrels, or... God forbid... flavored with cinnamon (BLECH!), there's only one hope. This myseterious figure stalks the dark streets of the Bluegrass Highway rescuing helpless barrels from the clutches of nefarious villains.

Ladies & gentlemen, get ready for your SAVIOR (queue trumpets - du du du da da daaaaaa). It's BARREL BEAVER to the rescue!

This burly defender of all liquors brown can chew through six feet of charred oak in a single bite! He can carry three full casks with his mighty tail! He can leap over tall rickhouses in the blink of an eye. And look at that 8-pack, dreamy huh?

Our first of three private barrels from Knob Creek, Barrel Beaver #9985B is just such a killer barrel it's hard to explain. First of all the obvious... 15 year single cask 120 proof bourbon for under $90??!! Try and find any other comparable bottle, we dare you! It ain't happening. And then there's the taste - a nose of root beer and tree bark, layers and layers of oak mixing with sweet vanilla, little pops of bbq spice and pipe tobacco. This is one seriously badass bourbon.

The big 120 proof on this makes the finish last through several months of social distancing. It's just got absolutely everything we look for in a killer bourbon from sweet to spice to complex layers of flavor. You really have to try it to understand what we're talking about.
